Living Well With Chronic Conditions

Tuesdays from April 2- May 7th.
Time: 9:30-11:30 am
Cost: $10 total for the 6 weeks. There is a workbook for the class which costs $10 if you wish to purchase it. Facilitated by: Holly McNeill, MSW and Jenny Smith RD, (Dietician at NW Kidney Center) and Diabetic Educator.

Info: This will be a supportive and informative series of classes, lasting for 6 weeks total. It will include sections on diet, exercise, symptom management, medications, and problem solving. Holly and Jenny will work with participants to make this relevant and informative, as well as FUN!
