West Seattle Punk Rock Aerobics

The exercise sensation created for the misfit. Presented by Seattle’s Dept of Parks and Recreation, a unique group fitness class featuring cardio, strength training, flexibility and a kick-butt rock sound track. All fitness levels encouraged. All kinds of music, all kinds of people, all kinds of fun! Teens and adults!

Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm
