DESCRIPTION:The Delridge Natural Drainage System project is gearing up for construction. Join us at an informal drop-in session to: Hear construction updates and chat one-on-one with the project team\, Review final designs and Meet the Resident Engineer. \nWednesday September 30th (6:00 pm – 7:30 pm)\nSalvation Army (9050 -16th Avenue SW.)  \nOver the past few months\, the Delridge Natural Drainage System (NDS) project team has finalized the project details and has been preparing for construction.  The project includes the siting of natural drainage systems elements\, including rain gardens\, drainage conveyance and related components\, the placement of street trees within the project area\, as well as some sidewalk and ADA ramp improvements.  Construction of the natural drainage system is scheduled to begin in fall 2015. \nConstruction for Seattle Department of Transportation’s Delridge Greenway Project is already underway.
