DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with West Seattle Runner‘s 13th anniversary: \nBemer Demos: April 15th and 16th : Come and learn more about PEMF device\, Bemer\, from Tim’s sister\, Kelly Bielat\, coming from Nevada for our athletes. She will be here with a few Bemer devices to help athletes and overall health. You will be able to use the Bemer during the event. (We recommend booking a free session before or after a run to see the effects. On Saturday and Sunday mornings\, we have group runs planned\, so you can come early to use Bemer before your run or use it afterward for recovery. Or pop in any time during shop hours!  \nBemer is used by sports teams\, like the San Francisco 49ers and individual endurance athletes at the top of their game. BEMER is designed to improve circulation thereby supporting the body’s natural self-regulating processes. Blood is the body’s universal means of transportation. Oxygen\, nutrients\, chemical messengers (e.g.\, hormones) and immune cells are all transported through our blood. When our body’s cells\, tissues and organs are adequately nourished and metabolic waste products are removed\, our bodies maintain a healthy balance and function properly.
