Join Abbot Koshin Cain and other members of the Puget Sound Zen Center as they discuss how meditation might help in these times. This will be a beginner or refresher in Zen meditation basics. There will be plenty of time for Q & A and discussion. Find out what options there are for meditating online or in person with us. We will describe what a Zen service is like and there will be information about upcoming retreats and dharma studies.

Bring your questions and curiosity and a friend. All are welcome.
