Local artist Andy McConnell will be showing his wood carvings at VAIN for the month of December. We will be hosting a festive opening party for the show on December 6th, 5-8:30 pm.

Using old growth cedar salvaged from construction site dumpsters, Andy McConnell makes works of art that seek to honor material that once stood as ancient trees in primordial forests. Each piece evokes a calm composition: counterbalances to change and unrest. Made from enthusiasm, these pieces hold that life and give it back.
