11 am- Costume Parade kicks off the fun, led by WSHS Marching Band. Kids line up from Junction Plaza park along 42nd. Trick or Treating follows. Look for Orange and Black balloons at merchants to know who is offering candy.

Noon is 8 -Bit Brass Band,
1:30 is the Heebie Jeebies and
Potholes are playing at 3:30.
Free Kids Activities at booths up and down California.
Cornhole Tournament begins with 8 courts with 2 games each, spread out on California and Alaska. Registration opens on Oct 11th
Farmers Market is going on with the fall harvest, Appalooza, and cider for sale.
