Chief Sealth High School will be hosting a Transition Health Fair for students and families interested in meeting professionals in the Transition Services, College and Career planning and Health Services. Our goal is to make the move from high school to career and college a smooth one. There will be over 30 community partners and several pull out sessions for students with special needs.
