Classes Begin on April 20, 2019 and go until October,19, 2019
Every Single Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

Meet Tai Chi Instructor Caylen Storm at the Statue of Liberty on the Alki Boardwalk. Each class is focused on one of the foundations of Dynamic health; Balance, Posture, Breathing and Experiencing the Life Force that animates all of us.

Classes are Free. But, Portraits of Presidents are welcome.
