Self-defense workshop benefiting OneAmerica

Seattle Integrated Martial Arts will be conducting a community-based Self-Defense Workshop on Saturday, March 25th, 12:30 – 2:00.

We will be raising money for a local organization, OneAmerica, that helps immigrant communities and fights for human rights.

The workshop is “free” but we are asking a suggested donation of $30 or whatever people can contribute.
