FREE class in Women’s Self-Defense at Seattle Integrated Martial Arts

Seattle Martial Arts will be hosting two FREE classes in Women’s Self-Defense this coming weekend as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The classes are donation based with proceeds going to organizations and services helping women deal with and prevent sexual assault.

When: Saturday afternoon, April 29, 3:30-5:00 pm
Sunday morning, April 30, 8:00-9:30 am

Where: Seattle Integrated Martial Arts, 4159 Fauntleroy Way, SW

Cost: FREE! Cash donations are welcome!
