Description: Known for his prolific & eclectic blend of Blues-Rock improvising live performances, and singer-songwriter music (inspired by Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughan, BB King, Jeff Beck and Pat Travers), James Howard is marking a new milestone in his music career. He has won the Washington Blues Society Finals for the second time (1st in 2016), for the 2024 International Blues Challenge (IBC)!

Blue Healers (Diane & Don Forsyth) won the 2023 IBC solo/duo category and will be representing Washington State in Memphis in January 2024. They were also nominated Best Solo/Duo 2022 & 2023, Don was nominated Best Acoustic Blues guitar 2023 by the Washington Blues Society and best blues band by the Seattle Weekly in 2009. They have opened for Foghat and Baby Gramps

Both bands will be flown to the IBC in Memphis, Tennessee, in January!
