Ride Around the Sound is a spectacular one-day bike ride to raise money for the American Lung Association. Riders choose their distance from 30 to 75 to 100 miles, on a route from West Seattle through Tacoma and the Kitsap Peninsula with sweeping views of Puget Sound along the way. After returning to West Seattle on the ferry from Southworth, riders celebrate at a dinner/party at the South Seattle Community College (WSB sponsor), hosted by The American Lung Association and its sponsors.

Advance Registration is $40. $100 additional fundraising is required by ride day. For over 100 years, the American Lung Association has led the fight for healthy lungs and healthy air. We are the leading organization working to save lives, improve lung health and prevent lung disease through research, education and advocacy.
