Please join the Puget Sound Zen Center for a day of quiet amid the summer bustle. Our teachers will be Abbott Koshin Cain and Eko Jeff Kelley. Our day-long retreat, in the Rinzai tradition, will include seated and walking meditation, chanting, a dharma talk and the option of meeting privately with one of our teachers.

The retreat is in person. Masks are optional. Bring a sack lunch.
