From the Delridge Community Center:

Ages 4 – 6
Dancers will begin to see a very basic ballet class with stretching, intro to basic ballet steps at the barre, and exercises center and across the floor. Class still includes lots of free dancing and imagination. Girls should wear tights and a leotard of any color. Ballet skirts are allowed – tutus are not due to ease of damaging them. Pink LEATHER ballet shoes are required -”ballet slippers” are not allowed due to a slipping hazard. Dancers should be
ready to take class independently – we ask that parents remain outside the classroom.
