For the Love of Ireland: Songs from the Emerald Isle and Its Celtic Neighbors

After performing in Ireland while on tour last summer, The Northwest Firelight Chorale fell in love with her lush landscape, welcoming people, and of course, her evocative music. Now, they are thrilled to share that music with West Seattle audience as part of their Spring concerts! You’ll hear stunning arrangements of “Danny Boy” and “Wild Mountain Thyme.” You’ll tap your foot to rollicking jigs and reels, enjoy favorites from famed Irish groups Celtic Woman and Celtic Thunder, and revel in a good ol’ Irish pub sing-along! This intimate evening of Ireland’s most treasured music is sure to lift your spirits and warm your hearts.

Join Artistic Director and Conductor Deeji Killian as they complete their 8th season of fulfilling their mission: to invite the opening of people’s hearts to love and healing through inspired rehearsals and performances of soul-stirring music.
