Join us for a special New Year’s Day class: We all want to find our true path in life. Dharma, which means our role, purpose or duty, has been supported by Yoga practice through out it’s history. Finding what brings us joy, not only energizes and sustains us, but benefits other as well. In this workshop we will explore how Yoga practice can guide us toward finding, living and enjoying our true path.
