The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is currently reviewing the application described below and will hold a public meeting January 29th, 6:30 pm to gather comments on the project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Land Use Application to allow a five-story building containing 143 residential units, six live-work units, and 4,220 sq. ft. of commercial space. Parking for 168 vehicles to be provided at and below grade. Project also includes 15,000 cu. yds. of grading. Existing structures to be demolished.

PUBLIC MEETING

A public meeting to review this application will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 in Hatten Hall at the West Seattle Senior Center, 4217 SW Oregon Street at 6:30 p.m. Written and/or oral comments may be submitted at the meeting.
