WHAT: 7th annual Seattle Modern Home Tour

WHEN: Saturday, April 28, 2018. 11 AM to 5 PM

WHY: Our annual event gives architects, designers, and home builders a chance to show their residential modern work to the community; in turn, tour-goers get a rare chance to see some fantastic modern homes up close and chat with the minds behind the designs.

WHERE: The tour is very spread out this year and includes 7 stops. A map is shown on the event page. Neighborhoods include SW West Seattle, Fremont, Ballard, Clyde Hill, and Redmond.

WHO: The Modern Architecture + Design Society (us), the Seattle Architecture Foundation (non-profit partner) and the following participants: CAST Architecture with Model Remodel, BDR Fine homes with Jim Dwyer, PRDG architecture + design, Robert Hutchison Architecture, Noble Ridge Construction with Medici Architects, ALCOVA Architecture, and Build Urban
