This FREE class explores healthy eating and cooking habits. We cook from scratch. No mixes and or packaged sauces. Real whole foods are cooked and served by youth and for youth. Food is for participating youth. If you have recipe ideas or if you can cook please come out and share your ideas and thoughts.
