I will be teaching a Home Buyer’s Workshop monthly at the White Center Library on August 9, 2014, 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. This workshop is sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and at the end of the course each attendee will receive a certificate allowing them access to a number of down payment assistance programs that are available. The workshop is free, open to the public, and a non-solicitation environment.
