Free “Energy Enhancement” workshop – Wellness & Disease Prevention series

Come learn ways to increase your energy and productivity, and explore causes for fatigue, and solutions. Some of the topics covered in detail are nutrition, water intake, sleep, exercise, and ergonomics. Free! Registration is not required, although encouraged here.
