Annie Jacobsen, focused in the Elder Care industry since 2004, brings her compassionate and creative approach to memory care with a focus on enhancing ease and connection for both those with dementia and their loved ones. Her 8 years as a business owner working in-home with families and then developing a state-wide resident support team for over 30 senior communities have been filled with direct experience and a diverse range of training in issues faced with cognitive change and aging. With Jacobsen Dementia Care Coaching, Annie brings her love of working with seniors to families through insights and tips for optimal moments together.
