Age Friendly Seattle in partnership with Seattle Public Library is hosting this discussion about the connections between aging, race and brain health. Learn about the value of outdoor activities to reduce depression and manage chronic conditions. Panelists will share city-wide programs to help participants develop their own plan for getting outside regularly. Translation services and refreshments provided.
