Dancers from all movement backgrounds will enjoy this rhythmic and full-body movement class rooted in African dance, American Jazz and Pan Latin dance vocabulary. All ages welcome. Each dance class ends in a dynamic full-bodied phrase. Be ready to dance barefoot and in heels. Men and women welcome. No prior experience required. Personal expression is greatly emphasized.
