October 27th 6:30 pm: Team In Training Information Night
Come to West Seattle Runner (WSB sponsor) for the evening and learn about Team In Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Participants will train for the Vancouver Half or Full Marathon (http://www.bmovanmarathon.ca/)

As participants train, they will raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and receive the training plan, free coaching, two weekly practices and mentors to help with the fundraising. Come and learn more at West Seattle Runner and be entered into a drawing for raffle prizes, enjoy refreshments, and 10% off any purchases for the evening.
