Charter-schools ballot measure forum @ Kiwanis of West Seattle

CHARTER SCHOOLS DEBATE: Kiwanis of West Seattle is sponsoring a forum on Initiative 1240 which seeks to au- thorize Charter Schools in the state of Washington. The event will take place at the club’s meeting scheduled for noon, Wednesday, August 8th.
