Affordable Care Act: Enrollment Help

Stop by the Delridge Library on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, 11 am–3 pm.

Through Dec. 26, The Seattle Public Library, Public Health – Seattle & King County and community-based agencies are working together to help you determine your eligibility for Affordable Care Act programs.

Trained staff from community agencies will be available to answer questions and assist with enrollment at seven city-wide locations through Dec. 26.

Please bring your Social Security number and information about your current income.

This service is free and available to individuals and families. Help is offered on a first come, first served basis. No registration is required.
