West Seattle Orchard, Lafayette playground win city grants

Just announced by the city Department of Neighborhoods – another round of city grants, this time from what’s known as the city Large Projects Fund. Two West Seattle projects are on the list — the West Seattle Community Orchard ($43,000) and the Lafayette Elementary School playground ($100,000).
